Brenda is the best vet ever! She has cared for our pets for over 20 years. She cares about our pets and provides wonderful care.
We took our 3 dogs to her clinic in story city Iowa to have nail's trimmed down and it was HORRIBLE! Never again will I take my animals back to this veterinary clinic. My dogs are very good when they have their nails done and not ever so much as a peep from them until they were having their nails trimmed at this horrible place , which I only went to on short notice , my mistake. I was not aloud back in the room while my dogs had this was done , why I don't know???? I have always been able to at my normal vets and my poor dogs were crying so bad I honestly almost went back to the room they were in. I would not recommend ever going to this clinic EVER!!! There staff is horrible with animals and not once did the vet walk back to look at what all the crying was about. Never again!!!!

Dr. Bright and her staff at Heartland Pet Hospital have been great with all our pets over the years. They are professional, friendly, and compassionate. I highly recommend her.
we had dr brenda come to our home and shes the greatest. she personable and great with the animals. while at our house we had the sadness to learn we will be losing one of our fur family she has been so great with the questions and calls about this. i would highly super highly refer them to everyone.
